HENI operates at the intersection of art, publishing, and premium physical product. The role required end to end ownership of product and packaging development across exhibition led collections, collaborating closely with artists, galleries, production teams, and global suppliers.

Scope of Responsibility

Oversight of physical product and packaging development from concept through launch across multiple annual exhibitions.

Cross functional coordination across marketing, production, logistics, finance, and external creative collaborators.

​

Ownership of packaging strategy, supplier relationships, and full product lifecycle control including regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Strategic Contribution

Implemented the company’s internal PLM system, introducing cross departmental visibility across development stages and strengthening documentation control, workflow coordination, and lifecycle tracking from concept to delivery.

Built and managed a global supplier network, onboarding more than fifty percent of active suppliers and strengthening relationships across ten plus global partners to support complex and evolving exhibition cycles.

Introduced sustainable packaging solutions including biodegradable materials and flat pack formats, reducing shipping costs across factory, warehouse, and customer delivery stages.

Developed agile product adaptation processes, enabling real time response to gallery and online customer feedback during live exhibitions.

Operational Impact

Delivered more than one hundred SKUs annually across three to four major exhibitions per year while maintaining quality, compliance, and delivery discipline.
